I am wondering if others have used infared lamps and massagers to stimulate their circulation and releive the pain of Secondary Raynauds. I wuold be most grateful for your feedback.

I purchased Conair infrared hand steamer along with Prossage soft tissue therapy massage balm in past. It appeared to help. My amlodipine 5 mg and Ergocal Vit D gel cap gave results.
I looked into an infrared lamp to direct at my hands while preparing food - one of the worst issues for me. But I was told it could be dangerous as you would risk shining the heat too intensely on the extremities for too long. So I’ve gone with heated gloves instead which are awkward but the best I can do. I do have a infrared massager as my pain is in the back it’s too difficult for me to hold the massager in position
