Bleeding under finger nails

Hi all again am getting quite worried have severe primary raynaurds and besides my finger pads becoming spongy I have what looks like under my finger nails are bleeding not all of them and mostly on my left hand, tonight its the middle finger and the finger next to my thumb,please would appreciate any input.

Hi I'm sorry to hear about your nails. The same thing happened to me as my secondary Raynauds progressed. Eventually all the nails gradually lifted off, but it only happened once to each nail and most of them grew back normally. I had ulcers under one nail which is a bit deformed. I just dressed them to protect them until they healed. Keep warm and good wishes x
