Looks like Chilblains which is associated with Raynauds. Let your GP or rheum know. They could try some blood pressure meds that can help if it’s painful for you.
Sending hugs.
Hi. I suffer from limited systemic sclerosis, Sjögren’s syndrome, raynauds and a host of other secondary autoimmune conditions including osteoarthritis. My nose is constantly like yours and my scleroderma consultant has discounted chilblains, tested for lupus, never linked it to raynauds but is treating it for rosácea and it seems to be working. I have severe raynauds affecting my hands, feet, ears, nose & tongue. They all follow the same pattern and none remain red for any great length of time even when circulation is returning. I hope you get some answers soon but a simple nail capillary test can diagnose raynauds. 🥰
