Tight wrists anyone?

Does anyone find their wrists hurt and are really sooo tight?

Can endure the tight legs and arms but wrists really sore.

Any suggestions please?

I have painful wrists that come and go. They can be really painful. I try to do some wrist exercises and stretching. My skin tightening is just starting and it is pulling from the outside of the tops if my hands up over the wrists...
