infected contact dermatitis

Hi all,

Has anyone else had infected dermatitis as a raynaurd's sufferer? I am struggling because my hands are even more hot at night than they usually are. Gp has prescribed an antibiotic cream but I cannot stop the itching as i used to by running my hands under cold water, as my fingers go blue. Any suggestions for easing of hot hands and/or itching welcomed!
