I've recently sprained my elbow and it was caused by my dog yanking my arm super hard. It stopped hurting last month but towards the end of last month, it started hurting again. Now, I'm beginning to get this awkward sensation. I'm feeling this super cold feeling on the inside of my elbow and I don't know why.
