Folic acid effect?

Much to my surprise i got out of bed like a normal person rather than staggering up full of aches and pains and been feeling like a gazelle since, even my breathing is ok really. I feel better than i have for ages. Maybe my multi diseases are having a day off? I have been recently prescribed folic acid which I've been taking for a couple of days. Can't be that can it? I may even go down to the seafront this afternoon
