Burning RED feet?

I posted this on the lupus community as I have lupus and fibromyalgia thinking someone could point me in the right direction...well they did! I didn’t even realize or think about posting it here. This is a picture of my foot after being off my feet for 5 hours. They are very painful and I can’t sleep because of it. My rheumatologist tells me it’s not the lupus or the fibromyalgia so now what?? Please help.

Hi there yes I agree with Lucy, I have diffuse Ssc with various overlaps (diagnosed 2005) but my son has EM, he’s 26 and has identical symptoms affecting his hands - burning red, particularly bad in changes of temperature. We’re both looked after at the Royal Free in London. Good luck and I hope you get some help with your discomfort
