You're in the middle of of a wicked flare (EM) that's lasted for hours (that, incidentally was started by a heavy Reynaud's 'session'), and then the Reynaud's kicks in again - but only to half of one finger?
God this stuff is so weird. Be almost funny if it didn't hurt so bloody much.
I mean, had part of my foot cold, the rest hot before, but this is bloody ridiculous.
And can I say, too, thank goodness for autocorrect with spelling. Making some shockers😛

I'm on Felodipine, which has lessened the Reynaud's, pretty much stopped the chilblains, but made the EM worse.
Lyrica lessened the pain a bit.
Beyond that, hopefully start to get some answers next week...
My left index finger is the only one that gets ulcers. Niacin, the Twinlabs brand, works for me. I will be reading, "Niacin, the Real Story" , beginning this evening and will get back to you soon. I hope you feel better.
I get chilblains on my toes, much less since going on the Felodipine, but used to be quite bad. No ulcers on my hands and feet at all, though, just crazy dry, cracked, hard skin that's getting worse no matter how many multiple times a day I put intense moisturizing creams on, even though they all seem to make me flare.
This disease is sent to try try us, and try us it does. My fingers do the same as yours, it's so weird , others will think your mad if you say some of your symptoms. I've stopped asking, why ? is it normal ..?as its so different for different individuals. This site is great to have people who understand what your going through, what would we do with out it. Hope thing improve soon for you 👍
