Ive just received my letter advising my DLA will stop and i need to apply for PIP. Has anyone with diffuse scleroderma recently been through this process? Any advice?

If you need help to complete your forms your local CAB can help. They know the indicators which make up the points you need to receive an appropriate award.

I am still waiting for my PIP result whether I will get it or not. I have Scleroderma and Raynauds. I have noticed that they are starting to realise our illness. I really could do with the help. I hope you get it. The thing I find they are not doctors who assess you and they have not got a clue what pain we suffer.

The PIP I tried a couple of years ago. But I found the test was a lot more harder this time. I again asked for them to come to my house for assessment. Put this time he had a right bag of tricks eye tests you name it.

Good luck

Liz
