ok so we only have kefir milk cultures here in the US...will this work for me to poop?there is no motillium no anything anyone has suggested...now they link Alzheimer to antacids and its already very predominate in my family...sleeping in the recliner to elevate

Hi Ultima47, I have been taking kefir for just over a month now. First I bought it ready made but now my son is brewing it. It has definitely helped my whole digestive track - I drink a glass both morning and evening and if my reflux is bad in the night then I have another swig! Good luck and worth a try. Folks I talk to on line buy their Domperidone/Motilium on line from Canada or even New Zealand.   Docs here say there is no risk with using it unless you have a tendency to long QT heart beat.   Somebody told me it's lack of regulation in the US is political!!!!

is it from grain? We only have kefir milk cultures and it doesn't work..

my sister found a store in Harthaw when she was there 3 weeks ago...they had kefir and may be able to ship it here....so expensive I can't afford that I'm in over 18, in Dr.bills now....just unbelievable to me
