Is there anyone on here that suffers from breathlessness, but has no lung or heart involvement? It happens to me about 2 hours after an intense workout and can last for hours - I need to exercise or I am in a lot of pain.
I don't know how to prevent it from happening as I don't have a clue what's causing it. Any advice would be great. thanks

Yes, I get breathless walking up stairs and gradients and I also start to cough but my results are always borderline ...... I ride for exercise but find I get breathless and tired very quickly when I trot - never used to but it s now getting worse .... However, after my right heart catheter test I have recently received a letter for the respiratory clinic .... I do not have PAH xx
