I have the Raynauds & Scleroderma curse. I also had problems and had to have my ghaulbladder removed. I had the old fashioned removal because it was petrified the exact size and shape of the ghaulbladder. Made my doctors day. Sorry you have no insurance and are unable to take care of it.
