I have been to a Rheumatologist for my Raynaud's and after my blood results came back, they have noticed levels of the enzyme Creatine Kinase (CK) in my blood.
I have had more blood work done and I am awaiting further information.
Has anyone else had this enzyme mentioned before?
Thanks.

Yes, I have Polymiositis as an overlap illness with Scleroderma. The creatine kinase is how they measure muscle strength. A rheumatologist is the best doctor to be seeing and he will be able to give you the right diagnosis.
Just to reiterate what the other comments say...CK is used to look at muscle strength, muscle damage and muscle inflammation. It is usually elevated in someone who has myositis...i.e. muscle inflammation.
