Difficult to go back to sleep

i have taken the vipassana 10 day course awhile ago and have not used it with regard

to my sleep issues

i just started taking Melatonin but still i wake up around 2.30 or 3 am to use the washroom and find it difficult to go back to sleep. Just thinking of doing some V. Meditation or the 4-7-8 breathing.

Seeing if Pranayama will help

I am 68 so i think it is one of the menopause issues ?

Any help would be appreciate - thank you for reading my post
