i wake up every 1 2/2 to 2 hours every nite until morning as get a total of about 7 hours sleep as u take 50mg tradazone and 2 mg melatonin as I can’t get at least 5-5 hours straight sleep. Any suggestions? Thanks all

check your vitamin B12 ,vit D ,calcuim,iron ,red cell magnesium levels. I was vit b12 & D deficient had to take more magnesium.Recently restless legs was iron deficient.

You are really not taking much Trazodone. You might speak to your doctor about raising your dose. I am sure that should help. Nothing worse than waking up during the night every night. Good luck to you..

I take trazodone and find taking 1/2 of 50mg tab works as good as a whole 50mg but either last only about 3 hours. So 1 take 1/2 to start and the the other 1/2 tab 3 hours later.

I take 10 mg of melatonin each night. But I still wake up several times. We are the same age! I also have sleep apnea, so that has an effect. I also get seven hours. Some of this is old age. It is hard to face. Where do you live? Send me a private message.

Maybe try a Magnesium supplement. My preference is Magnesium Threonate, which helps me and my wife.
