I have so much trouble trying to stay asleep, 4 to 5 hours and I,m wide awake, then I feel tired and washed out the next day. I have been taking zopiclone for 4 years on and off and my routine was to take half with a cup of tea when I awoke in the middle of the night. I was buying them off the internet but received a couple of lots which were suspicious so I binned them. I have been depressed in earlier years but this time I think it’s lack of sleep which makes me so lethargic and gloomy. My doctor will only give 7 tablets to try to get back into a sleep pattern,my sleep pattern is broken I,m afraid! I,ve been on and off this insomnia site for a few years because I feel comforted that I am not the only one going through this.

Insomnia
Your not the only one.
I haven’t slept a solid 4 hours without waking several times during those 4 hours for 2 years. My sleep pattern is severed badly.
I hope the zoplicone works, hypnotics only give me an hour or so.
Hi! My sleep is still broken in those hours I can sleep. I don,t have zopiclone for 6 weeks now, I can,t trust what I buy online.
I thought you said he gave you a 7 day supply to get your sleep sorted. My bad for misreading your post.
If you’ve been taking zoplicone regularly, built up tolerance or still going through rebound insomnia due to not having it? Withdrawal?
Anyhoo, I’m so sorry about your sleep issues. I’m wide awake again at 2 am this morning so I totally understand what your going through.
Hi Delnoleen, if I drink tea, coffee or cola etc after 1pm I fall to sleep at night for an hour then wide awake buzzing. Really try and stay away from the stuff. Its wrecking everyones sleep and making us ill x
Buzzing is the word! The brain is thinking thoughts which are sifting through the brain like wildfire without zopiclone. No more dodgy zopiclone for me.
