hi there,

I’m suffering from severe bouts of insomnia due to anxiety and bipolar issues. I was wondering what has helped others sleep for 7-8 hours a night? Maybe natural supplements

Insomnia is a core symptom of bipolar disorder. Did you take your bipolar medication as prescribed? Please speak with your psychiatrist about it as soon as you can.

I would still let the prescribing doctor know. Also they can recommend a mild and safe sleeping pill for you. The danger of taking OTC supplement for insomnia is that they are chemicals that interact with medications. You may experience adverse interaction side effects that set you back.

thank you will tell him. Hope your doing well
