hi just thought I would come in and say hi. I have had obstructive sleep apnea for years but diagnosed and managed for about six years, using cpap nightly to good effect. Unfortunately due to my diabetes and needing to wee more than usual my night is always broken. I am happy to help anyone on here if I can.

Hi! I have sleep apnea too but I don’t use a cpap machine as having a severe phobia of wearing a mask. Do you know of any useful treatment without cpap? I am a mouth breather so just a nose piece wouldn’t do it.

sorry no I have no idea but it’s worth persevering with the mask, I don’t even notice I have it on anymore.
