You and over 50million other people with about as many possible causes as people who have insomnia and 3 times as many possible solutions. None of which work for everyone. It would require a little more than that to be of any help. If you've done nothing about it so far then you might want to start with a doctor and read up on sleep hygiene because doctors will start with telling you to follow all those things anyway.
