Andy here. I’ve suddenly become a light-sleeper and wake up at 3 or 5 am everyday . It’s becoming torture as I get so sleepy during the day and gave no energy
I’ll be following this forum with interest. I’ll be using the NHS app to lose weight & eat healthier to see if that helps. I’ve started cycling with my son to drop him off at school, to increase my exercise.
