Does a certain tea help sleeping? I’ve not been able to have a good nights sleep lately .. wake up during the night n toss n turn for hours. I’ve heard herbal or other kinds of tea before bed help. Anybody heard of this?

Try Chamomile herbal tea. There is another one but I can't remember what it's called. The best place to get these is Holland and Barrot. I have tied these. Sometimes they seem to help. Won't do any harm to try them. Hope they help.

Like benmaise suggested, chamomile tea is probably what you’re thinking of. They sell it in most supermarkets, and health food stores.

Valerian tea is another option but I must say that I prefer the capsule version

I do find a cup of herb tea (either chamomile or a blend with it in) helps to relax me for sleep. What country do you live in? I can recommend a blend that I really like.

In Canada and the U.S. there is a blend called Sleepy Time which is mostly Chamomile, but is a nice blend. We like it before bed.

Try sleep blend from the exotic teapot. Available on Amazon UK. It contains a mix of chamomile lavender linden flowers, lemon balm and peppermint. It is the best one I have tried and I have tried many.

Drinking tea at night makes me wake up during to use the bathroom.

Instead, I combine a few cardamom seeds with some cinnamon, ginger, ground turmeric, black pepper and milk, heat it up, and stir in some raw honey. I usually fall asleep soon after.
