Sleep and migraine

Hi guys,

The last few months I’ve realised weekend sleeping causes a headache/ migraine.

During the week up at 7 in bed at midnight but come Friday it goes out the window. Ive tried to keep it the same and the headaches/ migraines have reduced but im so tired all the time and falling asleep at work or straight after tea on a night.

Does anyone have any recommendations of how i can get a bit more sleep but no headache when i wake up?

Can you think of anything that's different at the weekend . Different food ? More alcohol ? Or anything else

No everything is the same food wise and I don’t drink alcohol, i don’t smoke.

If all the physical things are the same my logic tells me that maybe it could be something simple like thinking too much about what you will be doing at the weekend . Sorry that's probably not much help , good luck james
