Hi Everyone,

Nice to meet you all I'm Carol and I'm a chronic lack of sleep female who isn't sure what the next steps I can take are. Any tips?

I Have knee issues which is what may be keeping me up but I'm so tired I don't know what to do anyone for a solid night's sleep.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Carol I'm going through a bad bout of insomnia I was using zopiclone to manage this but trying to come off them now but I've got a docs referral and signed up to something called sleep station.once your signed up they take your sleep pattern then send you a regime to do to better your sleep.i know how you feel but keep going I hope things fall into place for you.
