Sorry for your loss. Iknow how terrible is not been able to sleep. Maybe you need to try something else. I am not a fan of medication, I've been dealing with anxiety and I don't want the medication, I am afraid that is not going to be helpful. Talk about your grief, is one of the things that help me, I don't have many people to talk to but when I find someone that I can talk to I do it because helps me to feel better. good luck

I've built a natural resistance to zopliclone. I know it's hard but maybe try not to take them every night. Out of interest what dose are you on?

I suffer with insomnia. I didn’t get on with zopiclone. Found it made me feel very groggy and didn’t work. I still woke up even on high dosage.

I can relate to you feeling low. Lack of sleep has a detrimental affect on your mood.

I used to sit up at night crying because I just felt so tired and so low.

Not sure what else you have tried but I currently take mirtazepine 30mg & although I still wake up I can go back to sleep. I was reluctant to take at first as I know it’s an anti depressant but was so desperate to sleep. I have taken it for over a year now and found it has helped.

I’ve also purchased the Calm app which has also been very helpful.

I hope this helps
