Firstly if your struggling seek professional help , your not moaning or a problem and they are there to help , of course theres things you can do to help yourself by relaxing drinking enough fluids and eating right and lets not forget exercising and yes I know these things are basic and obvious but sometimes with a problem we need to begin at the beginning , good luck and I wish you pleasant dreams

I have to my job is under threat if I take time of being off from lack of sleep, they will just tell me to go to bed earlier. I work in a supermarket and they know I can't get another job because hit rock bottom

Problem isnt it , just try and snatch a little time to yourself whenever you can , good luck with work
