Yes, I have insomnia as well as sleep apnea. Was previously taking trazadone which help me sleep an average of 4.5 hrs, my new sleep doctor took me off of it and now if I get two hrs I feel lucky. I just got a new CPAP machine, hopefully this will work.

keep on waking up in a panic attack and have really bad insomnia 1or 2 hr a night

Good luck with the new medication,i had it prescribed on hospital visit to stroke specialist.

took a tablet that night and next day,knew how a zombie felt.lifeless,brainless.(SEE DISCOVER IN COMMUNITIES UNDER MEDICATIONS).

Yes for 40 years after an insomniac breakdown ie i didnt sleep for 3 weeks and ran on hyper adrenalin it was terrifying and ive been frantic about sleep ever since. Ive taken benzos for sleep but for 7 years zopiclone together with mirtazapine.
