Good morning all.I was diagnosed with Sjorgens a year and a half ago. Been u and down since some good days some bad days.
I also have PMR and GCA
My symptoms 2 weeks ago developed as a headache which made the temples feel pain and discomfort as it does present in GCA went to A&E on sunday as I felt really odd disoriented and lighthesded and shaky feelings of weakness, after blood tests GCA was ruled out.
But the feelings of being really being unwell are still very much present.
I also feel tingling in my legs and feet headache and tenderness still very present....could these symptoms be part of Sjorgens?
Thank you in advance if anyone has experienced similar symptoms. Den x

Hi Den73,I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling great.
I was diagnosed with Sjorgrens about 10 years ago and have recently developed RA. I know nothing about your other conditions.
I do have periods of headaches as you describe. Often, these symptoms are a precursor of a cold but create anxiety in me nevertheless. Paracetamol usually helps.
I keep a diary of any symptoms I experience between consultant appointments but I contact the Rheumatology Helpline at my local hospital if I need support in-between times.
Thank you Liz, I appreciate your comments, because Sjorgens is not a well known autoimmune sonot many to speak to.The GCA that I mentioned is a very worrying condition because if the dangerous effects like blindness stroke or haemorrhage of the temple arteries, so its like one is on alert all the time.
But have had so much replies and support from this site that today, although headache still there, knowing that others gave experienced them makes it less stressful do I thank you for your reply.
