Muscles and joints affected with Sjogrens

I have Sjorgen's and osteoarthritis. Pain from Sjorgen's affects my muscles, whereas osteoarthritis pain makes my joints painful. That's the only way I can distinguish between them. Hope this helps.
Hi Arvine Fibromyalgia is a form of arthritis. Practically any non joint pain can be attributed to it. Each issue must be discussed with your gp. For now, you can look at a website called verses arthritis. Or ask for a referral to your local Pain Clinic, or preferably a referral to Rheumatology. You can also ask your optician to test you for it , as my gp refused to help and I was diagnosed that way.
Sjogrens syndrome also affects 1 organ, mine being my spleen. I've also has issues with tempirary blindness and deafness too. You may also have had symptoms from years ago, which we all associate with just getting older, accept and just carry on as they're small and annoying but gradually build up into multiple issues.
If you're in the UK you can sign up to fibromyalgiauk but it cost £20+ each year which I won't be doing again.
Please don't rely on the NHS website as it's not a true description of the issues involved, or the care we should all get, but don't. Look up Fibromyalgia on the internet and put US, Canada, etc, after, and you'll get the true definition of it, just as I did and experienced too. The comparison to what we're fed in the UK is arguably vexing.
Just write it all down, not matter how little, or long ago. Present to your Gp, or your Optician, or ask to be referred to Rheumatology or your local Pain Clinic.
I wish you the best. Please let us know how you get on 😍
