Not at all. I’m on 200 mg. It goes by weight. I discovered that info myself. It seems 170lbs and more 300 mg. Any weight under 200 mg. Makes a huge difference on how you feel.

Hi.I'm on Niraparib just three months now. I found it tough at first as I had nausea and dizziness for at least six weeks. I stuck with it and my body seems to have become accustomed to it. I also had to balance between diahorrhea and constipation.

My CA125 has been steady at 9 so that gives me encouragement to go on. This drug has shown very good results. I'm on 200mg at night.

I would advise you to try it if your consultant is recommending it for you. I find that one day at a time is the only way to deal with this disease. Best of luck and I really hope get on well with it. Remember every one is different too.

I am on Niraparib. Recently I have noticed my hair shedding. The packet with side effects listed doesn't list hair loss but I find my hair is shedding more than usual.

I have been on it for one year and NO hair loss - in fact my hair loss with Doxil was severe thinning, but it is now thicker than before.
