Can’t get answers??!!

Hi everyone. I am 34 and was diagnosed with PCOS at 17. As I get older it gets worse. After my son was born 6yrs ago, it seems to get more painful and more cysts form. I have been worried for about 4 months now that I may have ovarian cancer. I have several symptoms and my grandmother had it as well. I keep getting the run around and pawned off from dr to dr. Just got blood results back from an endocrinologist saying I tested positive for Antinuclear antibodies. Which is yet another referral for a different dr. No one has ever tested my cysts even when I had one drained by laparoscopic surgery to see if they could be cancerous. I’m in constant pain, just recently had a chocolate cyst burst. Also have yet to be tested for endometriosis. I’m wondering if anyone else has a story similar and found to have the autoimmune disease/disorder markers during the process to learning they have ovarian cancer. I have also asked for blood tests checking for CA125 but can’t get any dr to put an order in for that. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Sorry it’s so lengthy, and thank you in advance.

Have you seen a gynecologist oncologist?

I’ve seen several gynecologists, an endocrinologist, and a pain management dr. Next is seeing an immunologist.

I'm assuming that you have had a transvaginal sonogram. Do you have the results from that? Something I'll suggest is to make sure as you have tests and procedures done, you obtain copies of all the reports and keep them in a file.
