What questions to ask. Please help.

On August 24th I went to emerge with pain in my abdomen. They found a 5cm complex cyst on my left ovary. The following week on the 29th my results for my CA 125 came back. I was at 3040. The following week o September 5th I met with the gynecologist, he said I need to see the gynecoligicaoncologist and that my numbers were actually more than 12,000. We don't have a gynecoligicaoncologist here, so I had to wait until September 20th. The gynecologist said I was high risk because my numbers are so high. I do not have a family history of ovarian cancer, or any cancer for that matter. My appointment is now tomorrow and I'm not sure of questions to ask or what to expect. My family Dr said they will proably want an MRI done and a biopsy. I had a CT scan on my visit to the emerg on Aug 24th, that is when they found the cyst. They did blood work the next day, and I got my results showing my numbers. I am quite surprised that if they suspect cancer that I would have to wait almost a full month to even get in to see the oncologist. I know cancer spreads , but not how quickly. I understand that the oncologist only comes once a month. She is only here Thursday and Friday. I hope I don't have to wait another month for surgery. Any help or questions to ask would be great. Ask for a PET scan which can tell if there is possible cancer activity. A PET scan can detect cancer better than any other test & stage cancers. However a lot of drs won't perform cause a lot of insurance won't cover due to expense which is absolutely crazy.
