Bone and Muscle Pain
Hello,
Yes, I experienced bone and muscle pain for several months after chemo (and of course during chemo). It went on for several months, and then, just went away. Perhaps because I was becoming more active? Who knows.
I hope yours isn't too bad. Take care. XXOO
Hi, Yes I have! Finished chemo a year ago. It's awful! Hope it goes away soon. Also, when I get out of bed every morning, the balls of my feet hurt. Is that neuropathy? I do not have tingling or numbness, just a weird inability to walk on that part of the foot.
Yes!! My last chemo treatment was in April and about a month ago I started having terrible bone pain. I take strong sleeping pills now just to sleep. I also have trouble walking or doing anything... I’m so frustrated. Good to know it’s not uncommon. I hope yours gets better soon!!
Yes I have experienced bone and muscle pain after chemo. But it gets less intense as time goes by. I usually use an ointment like icy hot or tiger balm to alleviate the soreness. It gets better and soon will disappear. It took me about a year after chemo
I had it for months after chemo was finished, now I’m on Letrozole, and I have pain in my wrists, elbows and knees. Probably always will.
I do think that eventually the post chemo pains will go away, I too have very painful feet and hands when I wake up, but once I get going it’s bearable.
Good Luck and best wishes on your journey Teal Sister 🦋
