So I am resting my shoulders and knees with the ibrance and letrozole also taking Tylenol arthritis it seems to help a little.
I hate when I am hurting so bad I am so emotional and I am to that point now , I feel like a crybaby but I feel we are entitled to cry if we want to. Some days I feel so down and frustrated, yes I have seen a physiatrist but I feel it really don’t help me.
So I am pushing onward and trying to stay positive hoping all of you are doing good too. Sending big hugs to each of you 🤗💕💕💕💕💕

I can’t believe it…you are the first one to write about this. I’ve been on Ibrance and Letrozole for almost 4 years. Last year my shoulder and knees hurt so bad I went to a pain specialist for shots (cortisone) after tests showed I have a partially torn rotator cuff and arthritis in knee. The shots have helped immensely.
well I am amazed how many have same symptoms with knees and shoulders. But mine are pretty bad I am walking with my walker but I may need a wheelchair. I may ask about shots like you get to see if it will help me. Thanks
Thanks for asking about this. I have been on faslodex and zometa for almost 2 years and the arthritis that was quite mild a couple of years ago has gotten much worse. I may try some if the ideas suggested here (after checking with my doctor of course).
