New liver mets

I was just prescribed Aromasin and Affinitor. Has anyone taken these drugs? Any comments or advice? Will I lose more or all hair?

I hadn’t heard of these meds. I now have liver Mets. Let’s hope they’re good for that

Hi MBC Chic! I took aromasin for @5 years. No or minimal hair loss. I am now taking afinitor and noticing hair thinning along with other worrisome side effects.

Do you take both Affinitor and Aromasin? Any other side effects?

I no longer take Aromasin. Only Affinitor And Faslodex injections.

I'm 76, have been on Aromasin (aka exemestane) for 4 years. I've not noticed changes in my hair. I have not been on Afinitor.

I had no problems with those pills except cost! Has your oncology team offered to find financial support or payment?

I was on that combo for about 6 months. Didn't really work for me. No hair loss.
