I take 100 mg of Verzenio twice a day going on 4 years now and I just 5 weeks ago was informed I’m in remission. I have been bone only spread so far . I’m NED NOW . Yay

Your oncologist will know best. I was on the 150 dose for a few months (originally started at 200mg). They tend to lower the dosage if your symptoms become troublesome. Do you pay anything for yours? I have unused 150mg packs that I'm looking to pass on. Don't want them to don't go to waste!

Hi Miss Purple- I am just on Verzenio which is not available in NZ and I was wondering what I was going to do when I go back for a few months. I would love to have take yours on my trip. Now that I had to stop I have a few months of Ibrance if you need that?

I too have boxes of 150 mg but I would never pass them on , I was told to throw them away which I did not . Verzenio has been good to me so far fingers crossed for you and hoping that it stays good for me as well

Yes. Legally the pharmacy or doctor isn't supposed to take them back other than to dispose of them but it sure is a waste of such expensive medication so I'm hoping to find someone that can use them.

My problem with that is if someone gets sick or worse from the meds you gave you can be sued or worse , the clunker . It’s nice of you , But haven’t you ever heard the statement the nice always finish last. Throw them away just my advice. Xxoo 🌹❤️

Please consider finding one of us who is struggling with high Medicare co pays snd sending to them. Or check and see if a nice nurse at your clinic can find someone struggling to get insurance to pay. Try to help someone with this valuable resource. I think I am failing Ibrance and have several months supply and will reach out soon to try to help someone.

I take 100mgs. twice a day along with 10mgs. of Tamoxifen once a day. They have done studies to find that Tamoxifen is just as effective a 5mgs. as at 20mgs. It didn't seem to be working at first as there was an increase albeit low. Second round after scans proved to be successful. No increases.

no. I started higher and then went down to 100mg.

Hello,

I was also on Verzenio for about two years. It really wrecked me--lowering my counts and making me miserable. Finally went off because of a bad infection to a chest would. But, at the same time they started dealing with the wound, I ended up with a clear scan. You have to take the bad with the good!

I take 150 mg of Verzenio twice a day. I switched from Ibrance b/c of low neutrophils on Ibrance. I've had a very good and quick response to it- the lesion in the mediastinal region is gone after just one month on Verzenio. My blood counts are all better also. I still have some significant fatigue, and I had a lot of intestinal distress. I now eat predominantly vegan which helps a lot.
