Hi Kathy, Yes! I experienced the same dry mouth and skin. Yes, I just carry water every where. At times, I was desperetaly thirsty. I just started Ibrance and Letrazole, this side effect was severed during the first month, I am currently on my second month and it got better. My doctor said it is not dangerous, it is just a side effect - a manageable one. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. I’m going into my 6th week of lbrance/ letrozole. Good to know it’s a side affect in some of us. I’ll also focus on water and try Biotene mouthwash.

Try Biotene mouth rinse. Good for dry mouth

I had the same issues with Ibrance/Letrozole. I've been on that combo for almost 4 years. The dry mouth got better after a couple of months, the dry skin however still is a battle. I try to do dry brushing once of twice a week, that helps. And use a good moisturizer that has as few chemicals as possible. If I stay diligent, it is much better.

Yes, 2 1/2 years on Ibrance and Arimidex but just recently progression of lung nodules so chande from Arimidex to Faslodex (still on Ibrance) I found two TJ products have helped. Lemongrass Coconut body oil for skin that I put all over body in shower and Hair Serum after hair wash and as needed. Both have helped. Nothing has helped tiredness (sad to say!)

My hands and feet are dry and cracking on Verzenio. My fingertips are especially bad and I've used a lot of thick creams and cuticle oil.

I slather myself in coconut oil, that really helps with the dry skin. My onc. Recommended it. I also take a quick bath with warm water and some vitamin E oil. It really helps. Drinking a lot of water on Ibrance has helped me tons with any dry mouth. Also check your toothpaste, I haven’t been able to use Colgate, etc as it aggravates my dry mouth. This has been since infusion and continues with Ibrance and Letrozole. I use Tom’s.

Take care— Tara ❤️

Thankful for all your replies to dryness while on Ibrance/letrazol. Good to know it's common. Must make myself drink lots of water. While I resolve each AM to drink lots of water today, I often leave the water where I was last so it's not in front of me. Guess I can find a way to outsmart myself. Also I use lots of lotions and have Biotene on shopping list. sometimes my mouth feels like a dry sponge. Again so grateful for the help
