Scan anxiety once again.

My PET scan is on Wednesday afternoon. I’ll know the results on Monday during face to face visit with my oncologist.

I stay busy to keep my mind away, but is it really possible? The previous one was 6 months ago. I’m well aware that the test will only indicate what I already live with, but knowing it makes all the difference.

Hoping for good results and thank you for listening.

I hear ya sister !!! I have a CAT scan Wed. 2 mths after I started Ibrance. I mean I hope they say "hey look no evidence of disease " Hang in there we all hang in for those words. These tests are needed to establish where we are in treatment. We have all been through a roller coast of emotions with this disease. I have been working on meditation, I am going to try more meditation and less emotion.

Good luck with you test, wishing NED 😁.

Thx, Mari! Much better than expected. After 3 months on Xeloda, suspicious lymph nodes resolved and iliac lesion stable. Not perfect, but I’ll take it! Thanks for your sweet message! 💗💗🙏🏻🙏🏻
