Feeling better

My best day yesterday since hospitalisation for kidney infection. Seven more days antibiotics then oncologist wants to do blood test and talk. Discharge doctor thinks infection had been around sometime and I remembered the GP stopped my last antibiotics mid course because of side effects, probably not a good move. Seems to take GP weeks to get hospital reports on system so general health care in context of MBC treatment is not very joined up!

Anyway, I may have missed going to Scotland but my partner flies down to me today for a week. What a caring man he is. How lucky I am!

Glad things are improving. Enjoy time together with your partner. I have just returned from the West coast of Scotland , Fort William area. We had our wedding reception years ago in Ballachulish Hotel in that area and we were determined to get back to visit and reminice . Enjoy your time in Scotland when you are ok to travel.Love Debra.

Hi Beryl so glad you are out of hospital and feeling better. Lovely to see you looking well and being such an eco warrior.The GPs practices and nhs have different computer systems as gps are funded under a different system, that’s why everything is very slow in the UK. Being persistent helps

Greetings Sister/warrior. I am glad the antibiotics are doing their job, and you are feeling better.😇 I am happy you will get to see your beau😀. I too am someone who cares about our environment. I re-purpose, re-use, and recycle. Even when I go to a loved ones house who doesn't recycle. I will recycle their plastics, metal, and paper , and take the recycling items with me before I leave. Yesssss I am more cautious due to this pandemic. Soooo you, and your beau are deserving of each other. 😇😇 . I do hope/pray you will be out of the hospital ASAP, and that you do enjoy your visit with your beau. Amen!
