Ibrance following SBRT to 2 bone mets

Hi everyone - my mom had SBRT to 2 bone mets in January. She is currently on faslodex and xgeva, however her oncologist recommended she start ibrance. We are on the more conservative side and I wanted to ask if anyone here was in the same boat & what you decided to do. Thanks

I was diagnosed with bone mets to spine and scapula in January. My onc started me on Faslodex and 125mg Ibrance. After first round of Ibrance, my neutrophils were .8 so she had me stop Ibrance for 2 weeks and restarted 100mg dose. Next bloodwork showed neutrophils at 1.9 (yay). No other side effects thank goodness. I will get my first Xgeva shot next week. My first scans aren't until May, but hopeful this is all working for me😊
