CT scan: slight interval worsening in left lower lobe pulmonary nodules. May not be cancer related.
Bone Scan: No significant Change.
I have been lowered to two weeks on and one week off Ibrance dosage. That is still to hard on my WBC and neutrophils. Doctor will phone today to discuss next step.
Cheers, June S.

Thanks Cheryl. My WBC does recover when I am off the Ibrance. I will get a call today from the Oncologist and find out what the next plan.
Cheers, June S.
Hi June! We're in a similar row boat. I also had slight progression and it was decided I stay on Ibrance till next scan in December and then decide on next treatment plan.
Everyone on here reassured me that there are many more treatments that have proven to be successful. So stay hopeful and let's hope your immune system bounces back this way.
Hugs

I'm just awake and think I misread your post. I didn't quite understand "interval worsening". But it is not the same as progression of cancer, right?
Hi Anja: Thanks for your reply and good wishes. I know there are still some treatments available so that is good.
It is my understanding that interval means the time between the last scan and this one. Yes there is slight progression and there has been progression before. However, the nodules are so small they are not sure yet if it is Cancer or not. We all develop nodules that are insignificant.
Hi Sandra, Thanks for the reply. The problem is the WBC, (1.82) and neuts at 1.30 after 2 weeks on Ibrance. (along with Faslodex). I don't know if my oncologist can try another formula or not. Maybe one week on/one off? She will be calling today I think. Bit of a mix up in scheduling calling today or Friday.
My oncologist says my ANC can go as low as .75 as long as don't have a problem with getting sick which I haven't. He was involved in a Pfizer study that determined that. I don't get sick and since I am retired I can be lazy. Someone who works or has children at home would probably not be able to go that low. Best wishes. Blessings Hannah
Hi June! Let us know what you do about Ibrance! I too have struggled with my wbc counts. I’ve only completed one round of 100mg and 3 weeks later my neutrophils are too low to continue. Ive had to have blood draws every week and I’m so over it. Best wishes, Mandy
Thanks for the good wishes Mandy. At 75mgs. and 3 weeks on and one off it took my immune system a month to recover. Now we are trying 2 weeks on and one off. Seems to be working better after one round so I start the second round tomorrow and hope all goes well.
First round was ok. Starting the second round tomorrow. The only reason to go down is because the first one isn't working. Wishing you well with your treatments.
