Hi. I am also on Ibrance and Letrozole and I have noticed that I have lost weight too. However, my belly is okay and not getting any bigger.

I was diagnosed with lymphedema in my trunk and wear compression spanks tops 24/7. They seem to help with swelling and pain in my liver area. My insurance company paid for free compression tops which I got from my physical therapist, but I like the spanks ones better. They are a little pricey but I get good use of them. Just a thought.

Please inform your doctor, as sometimes a distended abdomen can be caused by fluid buildup in the area, which is especially common in lobular MBC and can be liver-related. Hoping you get good news, but you should definitely check!

I had the same problem. I found the post here on HealthUnlocked about lactose in Ibrance. My doc said she was OK with me taking Lactaid with the Ibrance and the bloating is almost non-existant now.
