I like this...doubt it’s scientifically correct but at least it’s an easy place to put your frankincense oil and less messy

I always remember a comedian (forgot who) said belly buttons were there to put salt in when you had chips in bed!!! Just amused me that I remembered this

I always wondered what purpose our belly button had after being born - now I know.

Although the salt pot is a better idea 😂😂

I love it! I put it into the very useful category of "Why Not?!?". Have to admit that I haven't thought about my navel in a long time....if turns out to be a useful little stub, all the better! :) Thanks for sharing!

Frankincense is great! I even put it in my coffee why not there too. I am a big believer and recipient of the health benefits of foot reflexology and massage.

I find that putting my oils at the base of my big toe or even on my disgustingly dry toenails works best for me.
