I love to make these dolls look as good as new. They were produced in 1983 by Hornby. I repair their original clothes and give some new hair. I then sell them. I have some rare ones also but they are packed away. There is more Pixies also. They are 7inches in size. I am so pleased I have this to occupy my mind especially after being diagnosed. Happy days.
Hi, there is a special rerooting tool I order from America and the lady kindly posts the replacement needles when I need them. I buy Saran hair from a supplier here in the UK. It’s a simple tool to use and if you can see the doll with the very light long hair in the picture, she is a complete reroot.
Thank you Barb. The photo doesn’t do them justice really.

Oh my gosh, that is so wonderful! I love the picture, just magical little things, wings and all! :). It really made me smile, thanks for sharing! It must be so nice to have great hobby like this, especially since you're restoring/giving extra "life" to these sweet dolls and bringing happiness to people!
I just really enjoy making them good again. Most buyers had them from a child and now want them for their own children. I have made so many lovely penfriends from doing this. I have a very special friend in Singapore who has had a family since we made friends and she has turned out to be more caring than my own family here in the UK. Thank you for your kind comments. Cheryl
