RE: anxiety about needle biopsy of lung

I want to thank everyone for your helpful and encouraging posts, and for sharing your stories.

I had the biopsy yesterday morning, and it went very smoothly and was completely painless. I had caring staff and it was generally a good experience. Today I am sore at the needle site, but that is getting better.

I will get the results on Friday, so that is my focus now.
