Obviously your doctor is the expert but I, like you, would definitely be questioning the need to change. Even to the point of getting a second opinion, unless your doc can provide a better justification. It sounds like you've had a mixed, even positive response, and even if the "shadow" is really a tumor, that word makes me think that it's not easy to measure precisely?
The Piqray will still be waiting for you when the time comes...I don't see any reason to rush to the next treatment, but it goes without saying that your doc went to medical school, which counts for a lot...

I agree with Lynn. I’m on IBrance & Faslodex & having excellent results after a year of treatment. I’ve also heard the longer you can stay on a therapy, the better. Of course your oncologist would know best. I would recommend a 2nd opinion to be sure. ❤️🙏❤️
