Bone biopsy

Do you think a bone biopsy can disseminate the cancer and make it worse, I had CT guided bone biopsy twice and both times came back negative because they did not get the right specimen

I know first I said no but my treatment are not working, so I am going to have the last one and pray that it is going to be better

Thanks why did you say you would not do it, I am afraid of fracture and infection but at the same time I would like if there is any kind of mutation
