Muc in my bones only

Is there a difference in MBC in my bones only compared to if it’s in your organs also? Is life expectancy any better if it is NOT in any organs? It was in my gallbladder when the pathologist found it after I had my gallbladder taken out. In April of 2018. After surgery Dr. called to tell me they found cancer in the lining of my gallbladder. So I’ve lived for a year and 2 months with MBC so far. I’ve been told Ineed to do any traveling now while I still feel good. Please advis, as this weighs on my mind all the time.

There are lots of people on here with both that have been around for a long time. I only have it in my bones but it was far enough advanced in them to give me a lot of pain so I deal with that daily. As far as traveling, you should do it sooner rather than later if you can. I am sure they were meaning it in terms of not putting it off for so long, like until you retire 10 years from now (I don’t know how old you are) and find you are no longer able. No one knows what our prognosis is over the long run, after all we could get hit by a car tomorrow! But our disease will advance and we don’t know when so try not to worry but try not to put things off either. Let us know what you decide for your first adventure! Elaine
