Remedy for Extremely Dry Face?

My eyes & face are so dry they hurt & swell & peel. I am assuming this is from the Faslodex (& in combination with IBrance). I am on my 2nd round of Faslodex shots in 2 weeks. I have another round in two weeks then it goes to monthly, Does anyone else have this. If so, what do you recommend?

Oh I have it too; makes me crazy when I put on eye makeup just flakes. Put on aquaphor at night plus moisturizer during day does not help. It’s definitely from the ibrance/ faslodex combo. I don’t know what else to do. I drink volumes of water every day. Sorry I am not much help but you are not alone💕

I think you should call your doctor. I had very dry lips that peeled when I first started Letrozole and Ibrance. Burts Bees in Mango is very soothing. My skin looked like the desert. I used coconut oil day and night. The swelling, Im not sure about. I hope all goes well. Keep us posted.

Elizabeth Arden 8 hr cream or oil...marvellous stuff...it was invented in 1930 as a treatment for her thoroughbred horses bruises!!

I’ve used it on and off for years and my dry skin looks good

Utube has great recipes for skin cream using Coco butter, Shea butter and Coconut oil. I love it - no more dry skin! ❤️

I put Vaseline on my face every night great moisturizer even helped with wrinkles.

I sometimes get shrek feet. Very dry, flakey, ugh. I use a foot lotion w tea tree oil and it works well, very soothing. One of the best things I've used is a lanolin salve with chamomile. Works great and lasts. I had very oily skin. Now it tends to be dry, but not horrible. Finally, no more acne (at 65)!

When I was on Ibrance with the falsodex injections, my hands were so dry and skin was coming off no matter how much moisturizer I put on them. My feet also. But my hands were bad and I was embarrassed how they looked. Then I had to go to social services and they take your fingerprints, but they told me I had no fingerprints. They were unable to get a print bc of all the skin that came off. It eventually calmed down a bit.
