Hi All. I was diagnosed with her2 positive cancer in my right breast in 2010. In 2015 I was diagnosed with breast cancer in my left breast and this time the biopsy said it was her 2 negative. this one mets to spine and right scapula. I received chemo and radiation for the first and only radiation on the second. Letrozole worked for awhile, tamoxifen didn't work at all. I have been taking exemestane and

The chemo drug emerolimus. I'm having a pet scan tomorrow afternoon to see if it's working. My question is has anyone developed allergic

Reactions to any of the drugs they have been given. I have developed an allergic reactions to both contrast dyes for Mir and cat scans. I had to stop emerolimus last week because I had another allergic reaction. They are running out of options so we are going to try Ibrance . Has anyone have a relation to this drug. Sorry to be long winded it been great reading all of your comments to each other. Take care

I’ve had no allergic reaction to either Ibrance, letrozole and now faslodex. I’ve been on Ibrance for almost 4 years. Biggest side effect seems to be fatigue and low white blood count. However, they can try different dosages. Hope it works well for you. Good luck!

You were not long winded to me. I was on ibrance but doc felt it wasn't as effective as it should be. I have been on Fulvestrant for three months. It seems to be working. I'll have another pet scan in about three months. Hang in there.

I wish you well with Ibrance. Most find it pretty tolerable.
